Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.
During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or seasonal events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
UK Shipping
We offer shipping throughout the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 working days
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We are delighted to ship to customers around the world.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal services. Typical delivery estimates are:
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- North America: 7–15 working days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 working days
- Rest of the World: 10–25 working days
Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs

Tracking

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
A parcel will generally only be considered lost once the shipping carrier confirms this or after the applicable investigation period has passed.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, please include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged item(s)
- Photographs of the packaging
- A brief description of the damage
This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Multiple Orders
Where practical, we may combine multiple orders placed by the same customer to reduce packaging and environmental impact.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your parcel has been delivered to the address provided during checkout, responsibility for the goods passes to you.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we will assist you in raising an enquiry with the shipping carrier; however, we cannot guarantee reimbursement where the carrier confirms successful delivery.
